Property styling

Hausfrau offers a range of property styling services to best present your home for sale.  

Selling your property in a competitive real estate market can be a stressful experience particularly when you need to live in the space throughout the sales process. Day to day living in a home with family members looks markedly different to how homes are “staged” or presented for inspections.  We aim to take away some of the worry and also take into account your budget, current interior trends and how to appeal to the appropriate buyer demographic.

During our initial consultation we will suggest any preparatory work that may be be beneficial such as decluttering, trade coordination or garden work.

We will work with your existing furniture and homewares where possible and provide you with recommendations to maximise space and buyer appeal. We will source any additional furniture, art works and furnishings that will maximise the aesthetic and character of your home so that potential buyers will not only connect with your home, but visualise themselves living in the space.

After an initial consultation and hearing what’s important to you, we will provide you with recommendations to create a home that will create mass appeal to potential buyers.

An initial consultation fee of $120 is fully refundable with the implementation of our services.
